Ingredients
8 whole eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup green onions
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 cups cooked chicken, cut in bite sized pieces
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup fresh or frozen spinach
Instructions
Preheat oven 350

Beat eggs
Fold in remaining ingredients
Pour into glass casserole dish (sprayed with cooking oil)
Bake for 45 minutes-1 hour
