Shrimp Pasta Salad

A light and tasty salad.

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
  2. Drain and set aside
  3. Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan
  4. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink
  5. Drain well
  6. Combine macaroni, shrimp, cauliflower, and remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine
  7. Cover and chill at least 8 hours
