  1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen
  2. Peel and devein, rinse and pat dry
  3. Heat butter inskillet
  4. Add shrimp and garlic
  5. Cook for 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink
  6. Stir in parsley and sherry
