Shrimp and Garlic Butter
A low-carb shrimp dish.

Ingredients
1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
2 Tbs. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. fresh parsley
1 Tbs. dry sherry
Instructions
Thaw shrimp, if frozen
Peel and devein, rinse and pat dry
Heat butter inskillet
Add shrimp and garlic
Cook for 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink
Stir in parsley and sherry
