Sausage or Bacon Breakfast Burrito
A low-carb meaty breakfast alternative.

Ingredients
Sausage or bacon
4 whole eggs
1/8 cup light cream
shredded cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbs. salsa
Instructions
Cook sausage or bacon
Mix eggs with cream
Pour half of egg mixture into skillet and tip to side to spread eggs across pan
Cook thoroughly and turn egg carefully over
Repeat with remaining eggs
Divide sausage into egg "tortillas" and roll up
Top with cheese, sour cream and salsa
