Salsa Chicken

Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 tsp. taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup salsa (temperature and variety of your choice)
- 1 cup shredded Kraft 2% low-fat Cheddar cheese
- Light sour cream for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken
- Pour the salsa on the chicken
- Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and juicy and juices run clear
- Sprinkle the cheese on the chicken evenly and bake another 5 minutes or so until melted and bubbly
- Serve with fat-free sour cream as a garnish if desired
