Rum Marinated Pork Chops

Rum Marinated Pork Chops Photo Yield: Serves 4



  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a large shallow dish
  2. Stir in rum and lemon juice
  3. Add pork, and turn to coat
  4. Cover and marinate for 8 hours
  5. Remove pork chops from marinade
  6. Discard marinade
  7. Grill or bake at 350 degrees F until juices run clear
