Roast beef
Slices cheddar cheese
1/4 cup onions
1/2 cup green pepper
Instructions
Saute onions and green peppers
Arrange meat, cheese, onions and peppers on a piece of aluminum foil
Broil in toaster oven until cheese has melted
Serve with Horseradish Sauce
