Red Leaf Walnut Salad

Yield: 4 servings - 1-1/2 cups each



4 cups red leaf lettuce, chopped
1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomato
3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together in large salad bowl. You may serve additional oil and vinegar on the side.
