Raspberry Mousse

A tasty healthy treat

Yield: 4 Servings



  1. Add cream of tartar to egg whites
  2. beat until stiff, but not dry
  3. Fold into Strawberry Fanciful
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the fruit mixture
  5. Chill before serving or freeze for frozen mousse
  6. For flavor variation try: Strawberry, blueberry, orange pineapple, pineapple
    berry or peach.
