Blend together one fruit or vegetable in every color of the rainbow for a delicious boost of nutrition.
12 oz. plain 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 of a mango
1 cup pineapple
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup skim milk
Combine all ingredients in the blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
