Quinoa Tabouleh

This Mediterranean-style recipe is a fresh way to enjoy quinoa.

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add in quinoa and sprinkle with sea salt. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed

  2. Combine in a bowl olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Add in quinoa as well as remaining ingredients and refrigerate until chilled to serve.
