Ingredients
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tbs. poppy seeds, toasted
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk buttermilk, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds until smooth
The dressing can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
