Perfect Party Salmon Bites
A savory appetizer with a healthier twist on lox and cream cheese.

- 24 whole wheat crackers
- 4 (1-ounce) slices of smoked salmon, chilled
- 1/2 cup 0% Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
Cut each salmon slice into 6 equal portions. Combine Chobani, onion, cucumber, capers, dill, and lemon, stirring well.
Spread 1 tsp. of Chobani mixture on each cracker; top each with a piece of salmon. Sprinkle chives over each pita.
