Peas with Dill

A hearty side dish packed with flavor that's good for you!

Per Serving: 190 Calories, 5g Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 258mg Sodium, 31mg Carbohydrate, 6g Dietary Fiber, 9g Sugars, 6g Protein
Yield: 6 - 1 cup servings



  1. Chop onion and lightly fry over medium heat in large frying pan with olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add in peas and dill.
  3. Quarter potatoes and add to pan.
  4. Add water until just covering peas. Cover pan and simmer until potato is soft but not overdone, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
