Peach Slaw

Yield: Serves 4. 1/2 cup per serving.



3 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise
1 ripe peach, grated
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
2 cups shredded cabbage

Make the dressing by combining all ingredients except cabbage in medium-sized mixing bowl. At serving time add shredded cabbage and toss well.
