Oriental Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients
1/4 cup hot honey soy sauce
2 Tbs. grapeseed oil
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. ginger-garlic spice
2 tsp. onion powder
1 lb. turkey tenderloins (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients except tenderloins in a plastic storage bag and mix well
Add turkey tenderloins, seal and turn bag to coat all sides
Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally
Grill tenderloins over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness
Tenderloin is done when there is no pink in center
