Orange Vinaigrette
A sweet, citrus topper for your salads.
Yield: Makes 1 Cup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- Sprinkle with Splenda and salt, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sealable container
- Shake to blend
- Keep refrigerated before serving
