Orange Pork

A simple and delicious Chinese dish.

Yield: Serves 4



  1. Spray skillet with Pam cooking spray, then brown pork cubes until cooked through
  2. Remove pork from pan
  3. Add orange juice, soy sauce and sugar bring to a boil
  4. Reduce for 2 minutes
  5. Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and whisk into orange juice mixture, stirring until slightly thickened
  6. Return pork to pan and simmer for 2 additional minutes
