Orange-Baked Peaches

Orange-Baked Peaches Photo Yield: Serves 4 - 3/4 cup per person.



Orange juice and zest make the flavor of the peaches come alive!

4 ripe fresh peaches
1 orange, zest and juice
1 tablespoon sugar

Preheat oven to 350º. Cut peaches into 6 wedges each and remove pit. Toss with orange zest and juice and sugar. Bake covered for 20-30 minutes.

Optional: serve with 1/4 cup nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt per portion which adds 55 calories and 12 grams carbohydrate.
