Old Fashioned Cole Slaw

Ingredients
2/3 cup vinegar
½ cup whipping cream
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Splenda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 Tbs. butter, cut in pieces
2 lb. cabbage, shredded
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small, heavy saucepan
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, until thickened, about 8 minutes
Remove from heat
Add butter, stirring until it melts
Place chopped cabbage in separate bowl
Pour mixture over cabbage
Toss gently to coat
Cover and chill
