1 head cauliflower, cooked and chopped
2 eggs, boiled and choppped
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill, optional
Dill pickle, chopped, optional
Instructions
Cook and drain cauliflower
Chop all ingredients as noted
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Cover and chill
