Make this chocolate coffee drink for dessert or any time of day and get 309 mg. of calcium per serving.
2-1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee powder (decaf)
1-1/4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1-1/4 Tbsp. sugar
4 cups skim milk
Place 1 tablespoon instant coffee, ½ tablespoon cocoa powder and ½ tablespoon sugar into each large glass mug. Add some of the milk to make a stiff paste and then gradually add the rest of the milk so you have 1½ cups of milk per mug. Stir well. Microwave 2 minutes per mug or until very hot. Do not boil. Stir well and serve. Optional garnish: fat free whipped cream and a dash of cocoa powder.
