Melon Blueberry Compote

A simple tossed fruit salad.

Yield: Serves 6 - 1 cup per serving.



1 ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and diced
1 pint fresh ripe blueberries, washed
1/2 cup apple juice
1 lime, zest & juice

Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and toss gently. Chill.

Serve in dessert glasses.
