2 Ingredient Melon Ball Soup
Watermelon and cantaloupe soup makes the perfect healthy summer brunch treat

Ingredients
3 cups cantaloupe, chilled
2 cups seedless watermelon, chilled
additional melon for topping
cilantro, mint or feta cheese for garnish
Instructions
Scoop chilled watermelon and cantaloupe into a blender and puree, making sure to remove any seeds beforehand.
Pour into four small serving bowls and top with additional scooped melon, cilantro, mint or feta cheese.
