Low Carb Tiramisu
A low carb version of this classic Italian dessert

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
3/4 cup Splenda
1/2 cup high gluten flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a small pan, heat the butter & cream
In a large bowl, beat eggs at high speed for several minutes
Add the 3/4 cup of Splenda and beat for 2 minutes
Add flours, baking powder, salt, vanilla & butter/cream mixture
Beat at low speed until smooth; pour into greased pan
Bake at 375
degrees F for 15 minutes or until cakes springs back when lightly touched in the center
Cool completely
Serve with whipped cream
