Ingredients
1/2 cup gluten-free flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
F
Combine all ingredients and pour into generously buttered muffin tins
Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees
F
Turn down oven to 350
degrees F and bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown
