Low Carb Lemon Fish

A lemon fish recipe using real lemon juice.

Yield: Serves 4



  1. Preheat oven to 400º F
  2. Place fish in aluminum foil packet with oil, garlic and lemon juice
  3. Place fish packet in oven
  4. Mix the ricotta cheese with yogurt and stir in snipped chives
  5. When fish is done, remove and serve with ricotta/yogurt sauce
