Low Carb Fudge
The fudge you love without the carbohydrates you don't

Ingredients
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes
Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener; add milk and water slowly
Add gelatin
Stir until dissolved
Remove from fire
Add vanilla, cool
When mixture begins to thicken, turn into cold pan
When firm cut into pieces
