Low Carb Clam Chowder
Traditional clam chowder minus the carbs.

Ingredients
3 slices turkey bacon, cut into small pieces, cooked
1 -6 oz. can chopped clams, with juice
1 cup water
1 cup light cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook bacon
Add the clams and water
Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes
Turn off the heat and add the cream, salt and pepper
