Low Calorie Salad Dressing
Rich in Protein makes this a great recipe for Diabetics!
Yield:
1 cup
Ingredients
1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 green pepper, seeds removed
4 radishes
Dash of salt
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the green pepper and the radishes are finely chopped
