Kiwi Berry Salad

Yield: Serves 4 - 1 cup per person.



Kiwis and strawberries are a natural combination in this beautiful salad.

3 cups dark green lettuce, sliced
1/4 cup jicama, peeled & sliced into match sticks
1/4 cup fat free poppy seed dressing
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
2 kiwi fruit peeled & sliced

Toss lettuce with jicama and dressing. Serve on a salad plate topped with strawberries and kiwis.

This salad is great for lunch or dinner. You can prepare ingredients ahead of time and toss together at serving time.
