Italian Popcorn Treat

10 cups air-popped popcorn
2 cups fat free mini pretzels
olive oil cooking spray
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Heat oven to 325º. Mix popcorn and pretzels and place on a 19 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and Italian Seasoning. Bake 15 minutes; stir. Bake 15 minutes longer; cool.
