Italian Creamy Peas

Yield: 4- 1 cup per serving



1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 cups frozen peas
½ cup diced fresh tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix flour and milk together in small bowl. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the milk mixture. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through, stirring constantly.
