Hot Turkey Club Sandwiches

Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp
- 1.5 pounds turkey breast meat, cooked
- 6 Tbs. roasted garlic spread
- 12 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
- 6 tomato slices
- 6 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray
- Cook turkey in skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, until warm
- Meanwhile, spread garlic spread on each slice of bread
- Top six slices of bread with turkey slices, bacon, tomato, and lettuce (toast before spread, optional)
- Top with remaining bread slices
- Cut in half to serve
