Hot Bean Dip

Yield: Serves 8. Each serving: 1/3 cup.



1 15 ounce can red kidney beans with liquid
1 cup no salt added tomato sauce
2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Serve hot with low fat tortilla chips.
