Mangoes are a good source of carotenoids, phytochemicals that add bright color to foods and may help prevent cancer.
4 mangoes, very ripe
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 teaspoon pinch nutmeg
4 Tbsp non-fat vanilla yogurt
Peel the mangoes and slice the fruit off the pit. Slice the fruit in strips and place in medium-sized microwaveable dish.
Drizzle honey over the top of the mangoes and sprinkle with nutmeg. Stir well and microwave on full power until the mangoes are soft, about 3-5 minutes. Serve warm in small dishes with a tablespoon of nonfat vanilla yogurt over the top.
