Honey Lime Glazed Chicken

A sweet and tangy marinade rocks this chicken recipe.

  1. In a glass dish combine the ingredients for the marinade; mix well
  2. Trim the chicken breasts of fat and pound gently to even the thickness
  3. Place the chicken in the marinade; turn to coat both sides
  4. Cover, and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, turning once
  5. Heat a skillet or grill-pan to medium-high
  6. Add cooking spray
  7. Reserving the marinade, add the chicken to the skillet
  8. Cook until chicken is golden brown
  9. Add broth and cornstarch to the reserved marinade
  10. Mix well
  11. Push the chicken aside and add marinade to pan drippings; stir constantly and deglaze the pan
  12. Add more water as needed
  13. Serve chicken with sauce
