This colorful medley of vegetables uses chicken noodle soup for a shiny, tasty sauce.
2 cups broccoli flowerets
2 cups cauliflower flowerets
1 cup frozen tri-color sliced peppers
1 cup lowfat chicken noodle soup
Place all ingredients in a large shallow microwave container and stir well. Microwave on high until vegetables are tender, about 4-7 minutes. Stir well and serve.
