Green Tea Power Smoothie
The ultimate way to start your day is with a nutrient-dense smoothie.
per 1 smoothie serving: 214 calories, 9.6 g fat, 20 mg cholesterol, 43 mg sodium, 21 g carbohydrates, 5.6 g fiber, 10.3 g sugar, 13.6 g protein
Yield: serves 2
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
- handful spinach
- ½ cup vanilla coconut milk beverage
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1 Tbsp. green tea (matcha) powder
- 8-10 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined, adding more coconut milk or water if it’s too thick.
Top with additional green tea powder or serve as is.
