Green Beans

Green Beans:
1 pound fresh green beans
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon apricot all-fruit preserves

Steam the green beans until tender - about 3-5 minutes. (You can also microwave on high for 5 minutes or until tender in a covered microwave container). Warm the soy sauce and preserves together in microwave and pour over the beans and rice.
