Green Beans with a Garlic Kick

Yield: Serves 4. Each serving: 1 cup.

1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 lb frozen green beans

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic until golden brown, about 1 minute. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Allow to cook briefly and add the green beans. Cook until heated through, about 2 or 3 minutes. Serve hot.
