1. Preheat broiler; pour lemon juice over steaks
2. Place on rack in broiling pan on top rack
3. Broil 4 min each side or until fish is opaque throughout
4. Meanwhile, heat stewed tomatoes to boiling over medium-high heat; boil 5 minutes until mix is slightly thickened
5. Spoon stewed tomatoes onto 4 dinner plates, place swordfish on top, sprinkle with cheese and olives
