Greek Swordfish
Mediterranean puts its on mark on this swordfish recipe.

Ingredients
4 swordfish steaks
Juice of one lemon
1- 8 oz. can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbs. olives, sliced
Instructions
Preheat broiler; pour lemon juice over steaks
Place on rack in broiling pan on top rack
Broil 4 min each side or until fish is opaque throughout
Meanwhile, heat stewed tomatoes to boiling over medium-high heat; boil 5 minutes until mix is slightly thickened
Spoon stewed tomatoes onto 4 dinner plates, place swordfish on top, sprinkle with cheese and olives
