Goat Cheese with Spinach and Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup spinach
1 radish, diced
4 Tbs. sundried tomatoes
3 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1/2 lb. goat cheese
Instructions
Slice goat cheese with oil and broil until golden
Toss romaine, spinach, radish, and tomatoes
Place goat cheese on top of salad
Drizzle oil and vinegar over all
