Glazed Chicken Bits

Sweet, spicy and juicy.

Yield: Serves 2



  1. Combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic
  2. In 8-inch microwaveable glass pie plate arrange chicken cubes in a single layer
  3. Pour honey mixture over chicken
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Vent plastic wrap and microwave chicken on high for 2 minutes
  6. Stir halfway through cooking time
  7. Let stand for 1 minute until chicken is cooked through
  8. Serve over rice
