Ginger Orange Dressing
Tangy and sweet- perfect for an oriental salad.

Makes 1/3 Cup
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
4 tsp. canola oil
1 Tbs. minced scallions
1 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, scallions, ginger, orange zest, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended
Pour into a sealed container
Refrigerate until ready to serve
Shake before serving
