Garlicky Lemon Scallops

Garlic opens up the flavor of these lemon scallops

  1. In large nonstick skillet, heat the oil
  2. In medium bowl, toss scallops with flour and salt
  3. Transfer scallops to skillet; add garlic, scallions and sage
  4. Saute until scallops are just opaque, 3-4 minutes
  5. Stir in lemon juice and parsley; remove from heat and serve at once
