Fruit with Peach Dip

Yield: Serves 4. 1 cup per serving.



4 cups assorted fresh cubed fruit
12-ounce package silken tofu
1 can peaches in juice, with juice
2 tabespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Prepare the fresh fruit and arrange on a platter. Cover and chill until ready to use.

Place the tofu, peaches with juice, sugar, cinnamon and almond extract in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into a small serving bowl and chill until ready to serve, at least one hour.
