Frozen Cherry Salad
Sweet and refreshing on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
- 1- 20 oz. can reduced-calorie cherry pie filling
- 1- 14 oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1- 8 oz. container frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients
- Fold in whipped topping
- Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray
- Pour cherry mixture into prepared pan
- Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight
- Cut into rectangles
