  1. Preheat oven to 375 º F
  2. Heat oil in pan
  3. Add cauliflower and zucchini to skillet and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. Beat the eggs
  5. Remove vegetables from skillet and add to eggs
  6. Pour in glass dish (sprayed with oil), add ham and cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked thoroughly
