Frittata
A perfect low-carb mixture in this frittata.

Ingredients
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup shredded zucchini
3 whole eggs
4 ounces deli ham, sliced and chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
º
F
Heat oil in pan
Add cauliflower and zucchini to skillet and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally
Beat the eggs
Remove vegetables from skillet and add to eggs
Pour in glass dish (sprayed with oil), add ham and cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked thoroughly
