2 Tilapia fillets (6 oz each, baked)
4 slices 100% whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
2/3 cup sliced red onions
Toast bread and spread mayonnaise on each slice evenly. Place lettuce on one side and top with fish, followed by onion and tomato slices. Cover with the other slice of toast and enjoy.
